"Pretty good for the price"
Overall, I thought it was a decent buy. The prices seemed fair for the quality, and delivery was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues either. I kind of wonder if the packaging or shipping speed depends on where you live, but that’s just a guess. I’d probably order again if I caught it on sale.

"Feels like proper cotton to me"
I ordered from thecottonlondon.com the material feels like real cotton, at least to me. I could be wrong, but it definitely doesn’t have that cheap mixed-fabric feel. It’s soft, but still has a bit of weight to it, which I liked. I washed it once and it came out fine, so no complaints so far. Happy with the quality overall.

"Tracking was solid and easy to follow"
I ordered from thecottonlondon.com and, based on my experience, the tracking was reliable overall. I got a notification when the order shipped, and most of the updates made it easy to keep an eye on where the parcel was. There was one point where an update came through a bit later than expected, so I wasn’t completely sure what was happening for about a day. But the parcel arrived without any issues, and the whole process was smooth enough that I’d give it 4 stars...

I had a small issue where my order confirmation just didn’t come through, so I messaged customer service, and honestly—I was expecting to wait ages, but they got back to me quickly. They actually checked it properly too, not just a copy-paste reply.
It did take a bit of back and forth to get sorted, but they were polite the whole time and didn’t make it feel like a hassle. I’d probably give 5 stars if it had been fixed on the first reply, but still, happy with how it turned out...

"Pretty neat stitching"
I ordered from thecottonlondon.com and I’m happy with it. The stitching is really clean and feels sturdy, with no loose threads or odd uneven spots. I’ve washed it once already and it still looks pretty much the same. It’s a simple detail, but it definitely makes the clothes feel better quality. I’d buy again

I ordered a couple of cotton pieces from The Cotton London and, i’m really pleased with them. The fabric feels soft but not flimsy, which is always my main worry with cotton stuff. The stitching is neat too, not something I usually notice unless it’s bad, but still. I’ve washed them a few times now and they’ve held up well with no weird shrinking or losing shape. Just simple pieces, but made properly. I’d definitely buy again.

Really happy with it honestly. I’ve washed mine loads of times now and it still feels the same as when I got it. No shrinking, no weird shape, nothing odd at all.

"Nice selection, but I wish there was a bit more"
I felt good browsing through the range because there’s definitely a lot to pick from, and that made it feel like there was something for most people. At the same time, I did notice a few gaps, which was a little disappointing when I had something specific in mind. Overall, it’s a nice selection, just not quite as complete as I was hoping.
